Apple Cider Mocktail Mule

During Fall, we see all things pumpkin spice.  Don’t get me wrong, pumpkin spice is at the top of my favorite flavors; however, sometimes I love to mix in a good apple recipe to break up all the pumpkin pie flavors.

Here’s how I made this easy, Autumn inspired twist on a Classic Moscow Mule.

INGREDIENTS

• ¾ cup ginger beer
• ¼ cup apple cider
• 1 tsp lime juice
•  lime wedge for garnish

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients into a glass (or pitcher, for a larger batch). Stir to combine.
2. Add ice and garnish with lime. Done!
