Store any extra in a glass jar in the fridge for up to a day. Shake before drinking. Naturally sweet green juice recipe with apple, spinach, parsley, and lemon plus soothing ginger and cucumber. High in iron, vitamin C and essential minerals!
Wash all produce before juicing.
Ingredients:
Cup filtered water
Juice of half a lemon or lime
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 1/2 celery stalks, chopped
1 green apple cored
2 cups loosely packed kale or spinach leaves
1 inch square piece ginger root
handful of flat leaf parsley
Method:
Combine all ingredients, blend and strain.
